'Le Papillon seasonal high tea'
Our 'Le Papillon' seasonal high tea is a vibrant ritual — one for sophisticated social butterflies.
Relax and connect as you flutter through a seasonal array of flavours. Prosciutto and manchego. Rose and pistachio tart. Buttermilk scones with raspberry coulis. Each bite is a moment of discovery and bliss.
The name Papillon means butterfly in French. Can you see why we chose it? It fits this menu perfectly.
'Kingsford signature high tea'
Much like the gentleman of its namesake, our 'R.A. Kingsford signature high tea' draws on the traditions of a bygone era.
Distinguished and seamless, the experience is quite the occasion. It starts with a selection of finger sandwiches and ends with traditional scones. In between, there’s smoked salmon, a tropical gateau and more.
Not heard of R.A. Kingsford? He was the first major of Cairns and a dignified and loyal merchant and landowner.
