How It Works

There’s more than one way to do Christmas.

Choose from plated lunches and dinners, cocktail-style celebrations or classic and premium Christmas buffets, with menus designed for groups of 30 or more. Add grazing selections, seafood platters or other upgrades to build an event around your team and your budget.

For a little more of Tropical North Queensland on the table, selected menus can also be upgraded with seafood including FNQ tiger prawns, Tasmanian oysters and other Australian seafood options.
